Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage will soothe stress and tension, leaving you relaxed, revitalised and re-energised.

Indian Head Massage has been practiced in India for over a thousand years.  When it was brought to the west in the 1970's the therapy was extended to include the face, ears, neck, shoulders and upper arms.

With a firm and gentle rhythm, the massage helps to relieve muscular discomfort and tension, also improving circulation in the head, and promoting clear thinking.

This therapy can be performed without oils, with the client sitting and fully clothed.

This treatment is perfect for promoting a calm mind, stress-free body and maintaining optimum health.

I have found it to be a powerful method to reduce tension in the neck, shoulders and head caused by overwork at a computer and desk, too much driving and for busy thinkers. It is an effective way to get out of your head!
